JES is a fully licensed and insured delivery company with liability coverage up to $1 million. We are fully licensed with the State of California. Our CA number is 324344.

To schedule a pickup request, just click here to sign in to your account. Don’t have an online account? Call us to schedule a pickup request. New to JES? You can schedule a C.O.D. pickup request. Payment is due when we return the package to your location or when we pickup from your location.
Delivery cancellation is accepted as long as driver is NOT enroute. Pickup cancellation is accepted up to 30 minutes from time of original request. 50% cancellation charge for all pickup requests after 30 minutes from original request.

Invoices are sent out SEMI-MONTHLY. Invoice periods are from the 1st-15th and 16th-31st of every month. All invoices are due within 15 days of invoice date. Delinquent accounts are subject to late fees and termination of services without notice.
